Elsa - Frozen by hilarypendleton featuring a gray skirt
It's Character Wear: Reloaded. When I created Carbon Magazine, one of my favorite columns was Character Wear. I've decided to bring back Character Wear on my personal blog posting my favorite looks from fictional characters.
Elsa from Frozen is labeled as the "Snow Queen" but her ensemble is anything but cold. Shades of blues and grays will give you the perfect Elsa-inspired look. And of course, don't forget her signature french braid.
